Myself and a friend visited Heroez Gym today for a workout and were really impressed at the variety of equipment and the friendly atmosphere of the owner and gym goers. The gym also sports life sized replicas of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and many more. And a great playlist! Highly recommended. Outstanding gym.

Great place to train. Even during busy periods there is enough kit so you don’t have to waste time hanging around for equipment. It’s not just a gym for guys who lift, you’ll find the staff approachable and the people who train there friendly.
